People forget that top athletes, personalities, and celebrities all have coaches that help them achieve specific results.

Over the past year, I've been obsessing about learning how to build a community, and I joined a group led by an individual named Tom Ross. Through Tom, I've learned much about communication, providing value, nurturing relationships and other critical factors through his coaching, workshops, and conversations.

Coaching is a two-way street, and it is essential to give into the relationship to receive more. If you can't pay your coach, dedicate time to bringing them value to strengthen the connection to make it a win-win scenario.

To Grow Measure Where You Started

As you begin to start to make more progress in operating more like a creativepreneur, it is vital to reflect on how far you've come.

Focus on executing and analyzing your progress. Measure the benefits of finding your tribe and putting into action information that you're learning from your coaches and tweak along the way to achieve your unique goals.

Data is abundant, and one of the best things you can do is create a series of systems outlined here to convert data into useful information that you can apply to your unique goals in your career.
